Japanese adult film star Sola Aoi takes a question on Sino-Japanese relations
(SOLA AOI) (@aoi_sola) September 15, 2012
"There are also many good people. There are many people who feel ashamed of these actions [the looting and rioting]. I hope you do not think that these things represent all Chinese people #sola_reply RT @reo0810r is there anyone who doesn't hate Japan in China?"
Disclaimer: I only studied Japanese for three years and only lived there for a few months. If there is a mistake in this translation at all, please let me know. That said, assuming I haven't made any large errors, I find her response very level headed. I read many of the terrible things tweeted at Sola Aoi on Weibo yesterday, and I think it's a testament to her character that she can continue to try to promote peace and cooperation even in the face of vicious personal attacks.
